Friendlies Pharmacy wanted to let customers know they offered annual Health Checks. How do you communicate a closed-door service in a store wall-to-wall with physical products? We repositioned the health checks as a tangible product, transforming it into a "peace of mind" offering. A physical counter display was created for customers to help themselves to the ‘product’ and packets were thoughtfully included with purchases.
